OTP TOKEN Instructions

It is important that the CAT Server and the CAT Token are time synchronized - they should have the same number of MINUTES. Notice that the number of HOURS is not important as it is derived from the time zone. The CAT Server is using the Server clock to determine the current MINUTES. The CAT Token is using the Cellular clock.

This option is available for CAT Secured sites that enabled the Sync option. It requires INTERNET access. When selected, CAT Token query the CAT Server for the Server Time and compares the minutes. This option tells you if a manual change to the Cellular clock is required. When the MINUTES differ, the CAT Server may not identify the calculated OTP and will not grant access.
